Standard repeat orders are typically ready in 7–10 working days from order confirmation and deposit. New custom designs require 3–5 weeks, which includes artwork approval, pre-production sampling, client sign-off, and full production. Yes. Adpack Limited produces food-grade woven sacks and BOPP bags made from 100% virgin PP with food-contact compliant inks and materials. These products are suitable for sugar, flour, rice, grains, salt, and animal feeds. Specify food-grade compliance when requesting a quotation so we can apply the correct material specifications.

Adpack’s flexographic printing supports up to 6 colours on standard woven sacks. For BOPP high-graphic bags and block bottom bags, BOPP over-printing delivers up to 10 colours at photo-quality resolution. Both gloss and matte BOPP lamination finishes are available for premium retail presentations.

Adpack supplies standard, food-grade, and specialised FIBC bags. Type A (standard), Type B (limited electrostatic discharge protection), Type C (conductive grounding), and Type D (antistatic) are available. Safe working loads range from 500 kg to 2,000 kg with 5:1 or 6:1 safety factors. Inner PE liners available for fine powders.

Adpack woven sacks are available unlaminated (breathable — for grains and commodities requiring ventilation), PP laminated (moisture-resistant, smooth surface), or BOPP laminated (moisture-resistant with premium high-definition printable surface). UV stabilisation for outdoor storage is available on request across all lamination options.
