Adpack Limited is based in Athi River, Machakos County, on the outskirts of Nairobi, Kenya. We export packaging products to 14 countries across Africa. Our export team handles all documentation including certificates of origin, packing lists, and freight coordination.

MOQs vary by product: plain PP woven sacks start at 3,000 units; printed woven sacks at 10,000 units; BOPP high-graphic bags at 25,000 units; block bottom valve bags at 10,000 units; FIBC jumbo bags at 1,000 units; and woven shopping bags at 500 units per bundle. Standard repeat orders are typically ready in 7–10 working days from order confirmation and deposit. New custom designs require 3–5 weeks, which includes artwork approval, pre-production sampling, client sign-off, and full production. Expedited production is available for urgent requirements — contact our team to discuss.

Adpack’s flexographic printing supports up to 6 colours on standard woven sacks. For BOPP high-graphic bags and block bottom bags, BOPP over-printing delivers up to 8 colours at photo-quality resolution. Both gloss and matte BOPP lamination finishes are available for premium retail presentations.

Adpack supplies multiple types of standard, and specialised FIBC bags for a variety of different industries. Our bags are used to package Coffee, Tea, Cement, Sand and a variety of other bulk commodties. Standard safe working load is 1,000 kg with a 5:1 safety factor. Lamination is available for fine powders.

Yes. Adpack manufactures leno-weave mesh net bags in 25 kg and 50 kg standard capacities for onions, potatoes, and other ventilated produce. Custom colours, print, and reinforced top seam available. Suitable for cold-chain and retail distribution.

Adpack’s woven sacks are manufactured to exceed standard industry tensile strength benchmarks. Our in-house quality control tests tensile and tear resistance on every production batch using standardised testing equipment. Specific tensile data sheets can be provided upon request for procurement evaluation purposes.

Yes. Adpack Limited provides a digital design for evaluation before full order commitment and where relevant a pre-production sample can be provided. For standard products, samples can typically be dispatched within 3–5 working days. For new custom designs, a pre-production sample is produced after artwork sign-off and reviewed before we proceed to full-scale manufacture.

Adpack woven sacks are available unlaminated (breathable — for grains and commodities requiring ventilation), PP laminated (moisture-resistant, smooth surface), or BOPP laminated (moisture-resistant with premium high-definition printable surface). UV stabilisation for outdoor storage is available on request across all lamination options.
