Product FAQs

What is the MOQ for PP woven sacks?

Our standard MOQ for PP woven sacks is 5,000 units for plain (unprinted) bags. For custom-printed orders with up to 6 colours, the MOQ is 10,000 units. BOPP high-graphic bags require a minimum of 20,000 units due to plate costs. We can advise on print-ready artwork specifications.

Can Adpack produce food-grade packaging?

Yes. We supply food-contact-safe PP woven bags with virgin-grade polypropylene and inner PE liners where required. Products for flour, sugar, rice, and animal feed are produced on dedicated lines with appropriate hygiene controls. Certificates of conformity are provided on request.

What printing options are available?

Standard woven bags: up to 6-colour flexographic printing with UV-stable inks. BOPP bags: up to 10-colour rotogravure-quality printing with photographic resolution. We accept artwork in AI, PDF, or EPS format. Free pre-press colour proofs are provided before production begins.

Do you supply FIBC bags for hazardous goods?

Yes. We manufacture UN-certified FIBC bags with safety factors of 5:1 and 6:1, suitable for Class B hazardous dry goods. Antistatic (Type B/C/D) options are available. Each batch is accompanied by full certification and weight test documentation.

What is the typical lead time from order to delivery?

Plain stock bags: 7–10 working days from order confirmation. Custom printed bags: 10–14 working days (includes artwork approval). FIBC containers: 14–21 working days. Urgent orders on available stock lines can be dispatched within 5 working days. Contact us to confirm current production schedules.
