Championing Disability Inclusion in Kenya

At Adpack, we recognize the critical importance of disability inclusion in Kenya. With nearly a million Kenyans living with some form of disability, many face exclusion from education, employment, and basic human rights. We are committed to changing this narrative and creating a more inclusive society.

Our Commitment to Disability Inclusion: Since 2014, Adpack has been actively working to recruit and retain persons with disabilities. In partnership with the National Council for Persons with Disabilities, we have proudly hired over 30 individuals with hearing impairments and other disabilities. This initiative reflects our core belief in equalizing opportunities and realizing human rights for persons with disabilities (PWDs), striving towards a barrier-free society.

The Value of Diversity: Our experience has shown us the immense benefits of working with employees who have disabilities. These individuals consistently demonstrate full engagement, exceptional work ethic, and a readiness to perform to their full potential. Their contributions have enriched our workplace and enhanced our overall productivity. Adpack’s Commitment to PWDs In line with the PWDs Act of 2003, which mandates that employers reserve at least 5% of jobs for persons with disabilities, Adpack has committed to the following:
